Vet visits, grooming and routine handling can be stressful for you and your canine. Being handled and examined by strangers, and undergoing routine or emergency vet procedures requires preparation and practice. These visits don’t need to be a nightmare for you and your canine any longer! In this 6-week class you’ll learn how to build trust, and make the essential care required for your canine’s health and well-being as stress free and familiar as possible. Topics covered: - Making vet and grooming visits less stressful - how to prepare and manage - Handling and grooming - Examinations - Restraint - Comfort with minor procedures Learns skills and strategies to change your canine’s expectations and feelings about routine health and wellbeing practices! This class is a good fit for anyone looking to improve their canine’s experience with handling, grooming and vet visits. Your vet and groomer will thank you! *This class is not suitable for dog / human aggressive canines.
