Tamara is the founder of Canine Development and Testing and the brain behind the frameworks that run every one of our programs. The ones that help reactive dogs recover, high-drive dogs thrive, and handlers finally feel like they've got their sh*t together.
With a background in process improvement, adult education, and coaching, she watched dog owners drown in contradictory advice from YouTube, Reddit, and random blogs with no clear roadmap. So she built one. And then built the team and standards to deliver it consistently.
But what she's really known for? Developing confident, cooperative dogs who thrive.
The Team
Every trainer, kennel tech, and client-care human on our team runs the same frameworks, the same standards, and the same non-negotiables Tamara built. So the quality of your dog's experience doesn't hinge on who's holding the leash on any given day, it hinges on the system everyone here is trained to deliver.
Our trainers coach you and your dog to our standards. Our kennel techs make sure every dog is fed, rested, potty'd, and exercised on schedule...the unglamorous stuff that actually makes training stick.
And our client-care team keeps you in the loop so nothing slips through the cracks.
