Welcome to the Dryland Dock Diving class, a 4-week program designed to prepare teams for the upcoming dock diving season. This class will focus on developing the essential skills and techniques required for successful dock diving performances. Each weekly session will be 1 hour long, providing ample time for instruction, practice, and feedback.
