Service Description

Utilizing the Ford K9 Odor Pays system, we will systematically prepare your canine to take on the sport detection challenges often seen at trial. In this 6-week class we will teach you: - How to create challenges while maintaining motivation - How to proof your indication - How to start skills such as blank areas, multiple, elevated and inaccessible hides - How to teach your canine that odor pays (Canines should know wintergreen and will be introduced to pine and thyme) This class is suitable for any canine who has taken our Introduction to Detection class, or other comparable intro class. It's suitable for reactive dogs, puppies, those looking to get started in detection in any venue, or those looking for new ideas for enrichment. Canine's must be crated in our crating area, or in their vehicle between turns.
